Manufacturing Process:

The manufacturing process starts with cutting the tiles, followed by tracing the profile of the drawing using a brush and a grease material. Enamels of different colors are then applied with the help of a "pear". The grease element prevents the colors from mixing, giving the pieces their characteristic relief. Finally, the tiles are cooked in an oven at 945ºC, giving them hardness and a final shine.

Cuerda Seca Technique:

The "Cuerda Seca" (Dry Rope) technique originated in medieval times in cities like Sevilla and Córdoba, where master ceramists combined gold and enamel to create exceptional works of art. The designs of these pieces have a clear geometric Muslim influence.

How to Install the Tiles:

To install the tiles, clean the surface and use adhesive or contact glue for flat surfaces such as wood, glass, or plastic. Use tile cement to place the tiles on the wall, ensuring a small gap between each tile for expansion or contraction. Optionally, you can purchase an easy hanging iron frame for effortless wall hanging.
